The location was almost grewt, but my room had a strange bug in the bed and smelly air filter. I expected at least a welcome gift to compensate for this inconvenience, but i just seemed like any other guest. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't let these things go.

The location is very close to the most popular places in Varna. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. There was an air conditionair in the room.
The elevator was a little scary. Once it couldn't be opened on our floor. The breakfast organization has to be clearer described in the booking websites.

Particularly good location - close to Varna City Hall...

Solid location near the beach and central area. The furniture has a distinct flair.
The furnishings and decorations in the rooms could use an upgrade for a cleaner appearance. A strange bug found in the bed wasn't exactly inviting, and the air filter in the bathroom occasionally emitted unpleasant odors. Plus, noise from a turbo folk club underneath can disrupt peaceful sleep, especially on weekends.

The hotel is like a english travelodge, very big and very basic, directions given from the website were terrible as it was directing us to the restaurant orbita! We ended up in a taxi that tried to take us all over town to get a few blocks up so be careful.........
The breakfast was not in the hotel, they give you a voucher for 6 lev to use at the 24 hour cafe next door, I think when you stay at a hotel breakfast should be served on site!

Location: the hotel was near to the CONFERENCE CENTRE, and parks and Center of town. Great to be 300 metres away from Nutrio Bar, enjoyed our meal there. Overall rooms were clean and had a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels;)))
Even though we greatly enjoyed the stay, a few staff members were kind of rude.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance to many attractions.
I was disappointed by the lack of daily tea and coffee refills after the first day. The bathroom air filter occasionally emitted unpleasant odors. I noticed some outdated furniture and decorations that detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room.

The hotel's location is prime, just a short stroll to both the beach and the beautiful Sea Garden, making exploration super convenient.
Unfortunately, the furniture and decorations in the room felt a bit outdated, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

The location is spot on, close to the beach and the Sea Garden. The staff at check-in were really cute and explained parking options clearly. My room was spacious with a nice view, kept clean . Enjoyed the comfy bed and good heating. I was disappointed that tea and coffee were only provided on the first day. Plus, I noticed some furniture could use an update for a fresher look. A strange bug in the bed was unsettling, and there were occasional odors from the bathroom air filter. Despite these issues, the positives outweighed the negatives.

I loved the super comfy bed in my recently renovated room! It was just minutes from the beach and the center. Minor letdown, no daily tea and coffee refills after the first day 😅
